Dear Readers, around the world, a big thanks for taking response to my blogs. I always try to give my readers some insight about life. What we are today is all because of our inside nature. Around the world we find many differences in our culture, our habits, our way of living, our religion, geographical differences etc. but we all can find same feeling of happiness, joy, jealousy, sadness, love, affection, hate, fear, panic etc. It can be positive or negative feeling in us but these are same with people around the world. Do you know why? The former things are developed by us and the later is given by God. It is upto us how do we nurture our nature to make us a happy person or sad person.

In our day to day life we all get both pleasure and despair. In most of the cases we give credit to our achievement to our hard work and for others’ achievement we attribute this to their fate. Let me write few lines and then I will brief you on it.

He worked by day

And toiled by night.

He gave up play

And some delight.

Dry books he read,

New things to learn.

And forged ahead,

Success to earn.

He plodded on with

Faith and pluck

And when he won,

People called it luck.

And this is true with everyone. Whether it is you, me or any one else. In our case we feel the pain of hard work. But in other’s case we only see their achievement. So such thought comes to our mind and it is natural. Let me give you one example of mine. Me along with my friends were preparing for graduation exam. We all were spending our time in library studying and worrying about exam. One friend of our’s never studied in library, the whole day he was spending time in college canteen. we all had negative feeling for him. But when the result came he topped the chart. We all went to his house to know the fact. His mother told us that he had the habit of studying at night. So, here we had negative feeling because we were not able to see his pain of hard work. And it is quite natural that what we see, we think.

Now let me come to the basic point of the blog:- ” Think that you are smart but never think others are fool.” Here the fool word is not only about someone’s lack of wisdom, but it also about someone’s strength, power, stamina, ability, knowledge, smartness, understanding, conscience etc. I am writing this line because many a time we think high about us and underestimate others. Other’s view point in our work is very important to us. Any planning just by own opinion is never complete. Every small decision of life needs involvement of others’ view point.

Whether we are in politics, business, teaching, medical profession, law practice, sales or in any other profession we should not plan only on our own but should also consider others’ view point.

Big multinationals spend millions of dollars in taking peoples’ opinion before launching a product or a service. They have big experts working with them but they know once the product or service comes to market it may be accepted or rejected by the customers. Because experts of the company believe that consumers are smarter than them.

So, in our life also, while making any decision we must consider others’ view point, they may be our loved one, family members, friends or our customers. This is very important for execution and success of any planning.
